Who do you use for delivery?

We primarily use Startrack for deliveries within Australia. International orders depend on the location however we will either use Australia Post or DHL. You will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been sent.

How much does it cost?

Domestic orders below $99 incur a $10 Flat Rate.
Domestic orders above $100 enjoy Free Shipping.

International orders below $499 incur a $35 Flat Rate.
International orders above $500 incur a $30 Flat Rate.

How long does the delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of it being placed. Please allow the following timeframes depending on your location:

Australia-wide: 1-2 Business days
International: 3-10 Business days

Are there any other fees for International orders?

We don't charge any other fees besides the international flat rate. Please note you may be required to pay additional customs and duty charges within your own country. These charges vary from country to country and are the customer's responsibility to pay for them if applicable. 

Do you offer same-day delivery within Sydney?

We offer same-day delivery (within 3 hours) for inner city suburbs, CBD and eastern suburbs over the phone only. If you are located outside of this area, same-day delivery can be arranged at an additional cost depending on your suburb. To arrange a same-day delivery, please call us on 02 8041 1592.

What happens if I change my mind with an order?

Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of your order. Please make sure to send us an email with your order number and why you wish to exchange your product. Once the email has been received, we will ask you to return your order to our store at your own cost. We will then issue a credit or exchange it for the product of your choice.

Do you do refunds?

We don't provide refunds for change of mind. You will be provided with the choice of exchange or store credit which is valid online and in-store.

Can I return an item that is on sale?

We don't accept returns of items on sale. If you've ordered the wrong size please send an email to returns@belance.com.au
